Vendor Application Audubon Day 2025
April 26th, 2025. Audubon Day is an annual event for the residents of our community to celebrate life in our town. Our local community organizations all participate in this fun day, which combines family activities with a vendor marketplace, beer garden, and food! We usually welcome 1000-1500 visitors throughout the day.
We are changing our event hours this year. We will open to the public at 11am, and finish at 7pm. Vendors must commit to stay until 5pm. Our outdoor beer garden and band stage will continue until 7pm, and outdoor vendors may opt to stay the extra 2 hours if desired (no extra charge).
Prices
Indoor or Outdoor Space : $75
Audubon Resident Discounted Indoor or Outdoor Space: $50
Important notes:
There are indoor and outdoor spaces available. You must choose one when you register. The Rec Center building will be closed to the public at 5pm. Outdoor vendors can request to remain in place until 7pm at no additional cost (space is more limited, first come, first serve). Our food trucks, beer garden and musical entertainment will continue outside until 7pm.
Discounted rates are available for Audubon residents. ID may be required to verify address.
Community organizations can apply to participate free of charge (register here).
Food sales: if you wish to sell pre-prepared, packaged food for sale, you must have the appropriate business licenses, insurance and certifications to do so. We will contact you for this after you complete the application.
Food trucks/carts : hot food and make-to-order food: please see separate listing in our store. This also requires the appropriate licenses, certificates and insurance.
All Vendor Applications are subject to approval and acceptance by the Audubon Celebration Committee. You will be notified within 5 business days if your application has been accepted. In the event we are not able to accept your application, a full refund will be issued at the time of notification.

Indoor vendor space is approximately 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep.
One table will be provided 6 feet X 3 feet.
There is limited space to hold extra stock, so please speak to us before registering if this is a concern.
Stalls must be staffed at all times, and be open to the public from 11am to 5pm. Vendors may not shut down early under any circumstances.
Vendors may load in between 9am-10am. No vehicles will be permitted in the rec center parking lot after 10am. Break-down and load out is from 5pm-6pm..
No refunds are available for vendor fees. In the highly unlikely circumstance of complete cancellation of this event by the Audubon Celebration Committee, full refunds will be made within 7 days.
Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor space is approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and tents. If you choose to use a tent, you MUST have appropriate tent weights for safety.
