October 2024 Yard Sale Registration
Audubon hosts two town-wide Yard Sales each year, in May and September. We usually have over 100 households participating in each sale, and shoppers travel from all over South Jersey and Philadelphia to pick up bargains.
Our Fall event takes place on Saturday October 5th, from 8am to 2pm. We usually have over 100 households participating!
Please note: this event has been rescheduled from September 28th. Our October 5th date is rain or shine, no further postponements or cancellations.

Seller permit fee $10 - proceeds benefit the Audubon Celebration Committee, and funds are used for Audubon Day, the 4th of July Parade, and other local events.
New this year: We are offering to place Yard Sale signs outside your property. We have a limited number of signs and this is a first-come basis. You can opt in to have a sign when you register. The sign will be placed and removed by an Audubon Celebration Committee volunteer.
We publish a list of households and a map online on the Friday before the sale. Deadline for inclusion in our Yard Sale Map is Wednesday September 25th at midnight. You may still register up until 8am on Saturday, but we cannot guarantee that you will appear on the website or the map after Wednesday at midnight.

Permit info: Audubon borough ordinances require a permit for all yard sales. For the two yearly town-wide events, the borough allows the Audubon Celebration Committee to collect fees as a fundraiser for the events we organize throughout the year, including Audubon Day, the 4th of July parade, Yard Sales, and Halloween and Holiday decorating contests.
We will promote the event through social media, all yard sale/garage sale websites, and by placing yard signs around town. Our volunteers work hard to make the event a success!
